Guidance and counseling as part of the world of education are required to be able to make adjustments to this progress. Some of the problems that arise in the world of education, especially in guidance and counseling, include there are still many BK teachers who have limitations in using technology (stuttering technology), the lack of interest in bk teachers in making and utilizing technology in bk services, and lack of training for bk teachers in make learning media in BK services. This encourages the author to combine ideas and ideas in solving these problems in training activities. This training is held in a workshop which consists of 4 classes of material sessions (1 webinar class and 3 selected workshop classes). The methods used in the training are lectures, question and answer, discussion and practice which is guided directly by the expert presenters. It is hoped that with this training, BK teachers can make and use technology as a means of learning media in BK services so that with new habit conditions they can still facilitate and optimize student potential.
